At Artisticeoshopon, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted items. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.
You may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that because our items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, and appearance are normal and do not constitute grounds for return unless the item is defective or significantly different from its description.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Workshop fees are non-refundable, though you may transfer your registration to another person or reschedule to a future session with at least 48 hours notice.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If you need to exchange an item for a different piece, please contact us. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative from our current inventory. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
We take great care in packaging our handcrafted items, but occasionally damage can occur during shipping. We will work quickly to resolve any issues.
